Acquire Investment Intellectual Property Policy  

Introduction: 

Acquire Investment understands the significance of intellectual property (IP) rights and is dedicated to safeguarding its own IP while respecting the IP rights of others. This policy establishes the guidelines and procedures for the management of IP within Acquire Investment.    

Scope: 
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders of Acquire Investment who are involved in accessing or contributing to the creation, development, or utilization of IP. 

Definitions:     
a. Intellectual Property (IP):
Refers to intangible assets resulting from human intellect, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other proprietary information.     
b. Third Parties
: Refers to companies, pension funds, endowments, insurance companies, private banks, non-profits, and individuals who entrust Acquire Investment with their financial investments.    

IP Ownership: 
Acquire Investment retains ownership of all IP generated by its employees, contractors, or partners during their employment or engagement with the company.
 Any pre-existing IP brought by individuals or entities shall remain the property of the original owner. In cases where joint IP is created, ownership will be determined through mutual agreement and documented accordingly.  

 Protection of IP: Acquire Investment implements measures to protect its IP against unauthorized use, disclosure, or infringement. Employees, contractors, and partners have a responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and security of Acquire Investment's IP. Regular review and enhancement of security measures are conducted to mitigate risks and preserve the integrity of the company's IP.    

Use of Third-Party IP: Acquire Investment respects the IP rights of third parties and adheres to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the utilization of third-party IP. Employees, contractors, and partners must obtain proper authorization or licenses when using third-party IP in their work for Acquire Investment. Unauthorized use or infringement of third-party IP is strictly prohibited.    

Reporting IP Infringement: Employees, contractors, and partners are expected to promptly report any suspected or actual IP infringement to the designated personnel within Acquire Investment. The company will investigate reported infringements and take appropriate action, including legal remedies if necessary.    

Training and Awareness: Acquire Investment provides regular training and awareness programs to educate employees, contractors, and partners about IP rights, best practices, and compliance requirements. It is the responsibility of individuals to familiarize themselves with this policy and adhere to its principles.    

Policy Violations: Violations of this IP policy may result in disciplinary action, ranging from warnings and suspensions to termination or legal action, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
